President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev expressed condolences to President of Russia Vladimir Putin in connection with assassination of Russian ambassador to Turkey Andrei Karlov, press service of Foreign Ministry of Uzbekistan said.
“We strongly condemn the acts of terrorism and extremism in all its forms and manifestations,” the message said. “This tragedy reiterates the need to unite efforts of the international community to combat this inhuman challenges of our time. Uzbekistan expresses feelings of full solidarity to the people of Russia.”
Shavkat Mirziyoyev conveyed words of deep sympathy and support to the family of the Russian diplomat.
