Secretary general of the Association of World Election Bodies (A-WEB) Kim Young Hee arrived in Tashkent on 1 December, press service of the Central Election Commission told Gazeta.uz.
Kim Young Hee will head the A-WEB observers mission for presidential elections, which are scheduled on 4 December.
A-WEB was established as an international organization on October 2013 with headquarter in Incheon (South Korea). 106 electoral authorities from 102 countries, including Uzbekistan, are participants of the organization.
