The heads of states the Commonwealth of Independent States concluded their summit in Bishkek with signing a number of documents, press service of Uzbekistan Foreign Ministry said.

Uzbekistan was represented by foreign minister Abdulaziz Kamilov (pictured below, far right).

The signed documents included a statements on further cooperation in fighting international terrorism, resolution on adaptation of the CIS to modern realities, Program of cooperation in fighting terrorism and other violent manifestations of extremism for 2017−2019, as well as other documents.

The next CIS summit will be held in Russia, which assumes presidency in the Commonwealth in 2017.
