In December, the average offer price on secondary housing market has remained at the level of November — 552 conventional units (brick — 585, panel — 526). Depending on the number of rooms the price for one-bedroom apartments made up 535 c. u. (-1%), two-bedroom — 539 (unchanged), three-bedroom — 573 (unchanged) and four-room apartments — 569 (-2%).
