Average offer price on secondary housing market in Tashkent continued to decrease in November, having fallen 2% from 564 to 551 conventional units per 1 sq. m.
According to a report provided to Gazeta.uz by Credo Max Estimation company, prices in apartments in panel system houses decreased from 537 to 526 c. u. (-2%) and in houses made of brick from 602 to 585 c. u. (-2%).
Average offer for one-bedroom apartments made up 541 c. u. (-3%), two-bedroom — 537 (-4%), two-bedroom — 571 (unchanged) and four-room apartments — 579 (-1%).
