UN secretary general Ban Ki-moon congratulated Shavkat Mirziyoyev on winning the elections for the post of the President of Uzbekistan, UN News Centre said.
The head of the international organization assured people of Uzbekistan of continued support of the United Nations, including by special representative of the UN secretary general and members of the UN working in the country.
