Asia Alliance Bank launched a virtual reception of its chairman of board at its website www.aab.uz.

The interactive tool has been designed in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers resolution on increasing responsibility of heads of state bodies and economic entities in observing the law on inquiries by individuals and legal entities (dated 27 October 2016).

The opportunity to send complaints and suggestions related to Asia Alliance Bank services directly to the chairman of board is now available around the clock.

Through this tool, the bank opens a new form of dialogue, which — along with traditional forms (written letters and personal reception) — gives additional opportunity to receive comprehensive answers to questions of interest, propose suggestions and express opinions openly.

After making an inquiry, clients can monitor the state of consideration of their complaint or proposal equally with paper correspondence. This communication mechanism has certain advantages, including efficiency and transparency.

Citizens and businessmen can also forward their inquiries to the bank chairman via email: head@aab.uz or by phone: (0−371) 231−60−04.

Asia Alliance Bank guarantees timely and thorough consideration of all received inquiries.
