Acting President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev on 10 November congratulated Donald Trump with convincing victory in the elections for the post of the President of the United States of America, press service of the Foreign Ministry of Uzbekistan said.
Shavkat Mirziyoyev wished Donald Trump good health and success on the high state position, as well as peace, welfare and prosperity to the American people.
Acting President noted stable development of strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and the United States. This year marks the 25th anniversary of recognition of Uzbekistan’s independence by the US. During this time, joint efforts succeeded in laying a solid foundation for Uzbek-US cooperation, the statement said.
