Average offer price on secondary housing market in Tashkent decreased from 577 to 564 conventional units per 1 sq. m or by 2% in October, after a slight increase in September.

According to a report provided to Gazeta.uz by Credo Max Estimation company, prices in apartments in large-panel system houses fell from 543 to 537 c. u, or by 1%, and in houses made of brick from 621 to 602 c. u., or by 3%.

Average offer for one-room apartments made up 560 c. u. (-2%), two-room apartments — 557 (-1%), three-room — 573 (-3%) and four-room apartments — 583 c. u. (-2%).
