Minister of foreign affairs of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov received chief adviser for economic issues of the President of Afghanistan Humayun Qayumi and President’s special representative for development of cooperation with Central Asia and Russia Mohammad Shakir Kargar on 27 October.
According to Foreign Ministry’s press service, the delegation of Afghanistan arrived in Uzbekistan to participate in negotiations and the 10th International Industrial Fair and Cooperation Exchange, which is currently underway in Tashkent,
The sides discussed the state and perspectives of Uzbek-Afghan cooperation, as well as implementation of agreements reached between the countries during recent high-level contacts.
