Delegation of Uzbekistan headed by deputy prime minister Adham Ikramov paid a return visit to Kyrgyzstan on 26 October.

The delegation, which spent the whole day in the bordering Osh region, included hokims (governors) of Andijan, Namangan and Ferghana regions, representatives of government structures, farmers and professionals from education, culture and arts.

At the Dostuk (Friendship) border point, guests from Uzbekistan were welcomed by first vice premier of Kyrgyzstan Muhammetkaliy Abulgaziyev, vice prime minister Zhenish Razakov, Kyrgyz Ambassador to Uzbekistan Daniyar Sydykov, heads of Osh, Jalal-Abad and Batken regions, as well as public and cultural figures, Kyrgyz government press service said.

The delegation visited Osh State University, where Adham Ikramov made a speech before the students, and participated in various cultural events.
