Foreign minister of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov received newly appointed ambassador of France Violaine De Villemeur.
The ambassador presented copies of the credentials to the minister, Foreign Ministry press service informed.
During the conversation, the sides noted that Uzbekistan and France had developed broad and productive relations in different spheres. The countries maintain regular liaison at different levels.
Violaine De Villemeur stated her intention to make a worthy contribution to the strengthening of multifaceted ties between France and Uzbekistan.
